About Their Ministry

John and Natalie McLaughlin live in Florida with their three children and share a deep desire to see people not only know the Christian life but also live it out faithfully in community. After nearly two decades serving with Athletes in Action (John) and over ten years (Natalie), they developed a strong foundation in discipleship, leadership development, and gospel-centered ministry.

Today, John serves as Executive Vice President of People & Culture at BeMultiplied, helping lead the organization while also engaging in global training—particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. Natalie is an educator at a private Christian school and remains meaningfully involved in ministry, with a deep love for teaching and helping others grow in their understanding of Scripture. Together, they have served with BeMultiplied for more than seven years, focusing on equipping church leaders in regions with limited access to biblical training.

Across the world, many pastors faithfully serve without the training needed to handle the Word of God with confidence. John and Natalie believe the answer is not simply more teaching, but multiplication—equipping leaders to train others so the impact extends beyond individuals to families, churches, and entire communities. Their hope is to see locally led, sustainable training movements take root, resulting in healthy churches and lasting impact for generations. Your partnership helps make this possible through prayer, encouragement, and ongoing support.

Why We Multiply

The need is significant. Across the world, many pastors faithfully lead without access to biblical training, often navigating ministry with limited resources and support.

We believe the answer is not simply more teaching, but multiplication… equipping leaders in such a way that they can train others. When this happens, the impact extends beyond individuals to families, churches, and entire ministry networks, fostering biblical depth, mature faith, and healthy churches.

What We Do

Through BeMultiplied, John helps shape the vision and direction of the ministry while also engaging in field work, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. His role in People & Culture reflects a deep passion for building relationships… investing in leaders, listening to their stories, and inviting others into the mission.

Our Hope

Our hope is to see the global church increasingly address the reality that many leaders lack access to biblical training… and to see locally led, multiplying movements take root. We long to see leaders equipped, churches strengthened, and the gospel carried forward with clarity and faithfulness for generations to come.
