Larry and Mary Nees have been serving with BeMultiplied since 1985, faithfully investing in the global Church through decades of biblical training and leadership development. From the beginning, their calling has been clear: to equip church leaders to become biblically grounded servant leaders who can faithfully shepherd others.
Their ministry has taken them into regions where access to theological training is limited, and they have come alongside pastors and leaders to strengthen both their understanding of Scripture and their confidence in ministry. Over the years, their commitment has remained steady—equipping leaders who, in turn, will equip others.
Through BeMultiplied, Larry and Mary continue to focus on multiplication—helping develop leaders who can train others within their own churches and communities. Their long-term investment reflects a deep desire to see sustainable, locally led training movements take root, resulting in healthy churches marked by biblical depth and mature faith.

We believe the answer is not simply more teaching, but multiplication… equipping leaders in such a way that they can train others. When this happens, the impact extends beyond individuals to families, churches, and entire ministry networks, fostering biblical depth, mature faith, and healthy churches.
Through BeMultiplied, John helps shape the vision and direction of the ministry while also engaging in field work, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. His role in People & Culture reflects a deep passion for building relationships… investing in leaders, listening to their stories, and inviting others into the mission.
Our hope is to see the global church increasingly address the reality that many leaders lack access to biblical training… and to see locally led, multiplying movements take root.
