Our Team

Our team goes where the need is greatest — walking alongside pastors and church leaders who are hungry for biblical training but have limited access to it. Together, we’re part of something that keeps multiplying long after we leave.

At BeMultiplied, our team is made up of facilitators, administrators, and support staff who share one common calling: to equip. Every training you lead, every detail you manage behind the scenes, and every skill you bring helps pastors understand Scripture more deeply and teach others to do the same. We’re demonstrating God’s faithfulness through relational, discussion-based training that transforms communities.

Salary Range: $25,000-$35,000/yr

Classification: Part time - Paid

The part-time BeMultiplied Facilitator trains Indigenous Christian leaders internationally through interactive seminars and supports the growth of self-sustaining discipleship ministries. The role includes international travel and a three-year commitment.

The Partnership Coordinator is a volunteer who manages communication with BEE World partners and churches, builds new partnerships, and supports organizational initiatives, meetings, and conferences that advance BEE World’s mission.

Office Manager

The Office Manager serves as the main point of contact for BeMultiplied Headquarters, handling office operations, administrative support, team coordination, and overseeing facilities and event services under the Director of Operations.
