A Model That Strengthens Leaders for the Long Term

A Model That Strengthens Leaders for the Long Term

At BeMultiplied, we replace lecture-style learning with facilitation that helps pastors and church leaders understand, apply, and teach Scripture.

The Need Is Real

Across the world, the Church is growing quickly. New pastors and church leaders are stepping forward every day, faithfully serving their congregations and communities.

In many places, however, access to hands-on pastoral training hasn’t kept pace with that growth. Seminaries may be hours away or in another region entirely. And stepping away from family or ministry responsibilities for months at a time isn’t realistic.

The desire to lead well is there. But the opportunity to receive practical, biblically accurate training often isn’t.

That’s the gap BeMultiplied fills. Our team brings training and facilitators directly to local churches so leaders can grow without leaving the communities God has called them to serve.

Training That Transformed How I Teach

“I have the unique privilege of watching women from around the world begin to read and study God’s Word with new anticipation, eventually leading others to grow and enjoy God in the same way. Within their interactive BeMultiplied groups, these women build unique, meaningful bonds—sharing, praying, and encouraging one another. These resilient women, who often remain undervalued in their cultures, are being equipped as servant leaders to train and lead other servant leaders. What an honor it is to be a part of these women’s lives in this way!”

What Guides Our Approach

Every decision we make is shaped by a simple desire: to equip pastors and church leaders with the tools and confidence they need to lead well for the long haul.

Biblically Rooted Training

Grounded in Scripture, our training helps pastors and church leaders understand God’s Word clearly and teach it with confidence.

Sustainability by Design

By working alongside local churches and then stepping back, leadership stays local and the impact continues long after we’re gone.

Depth Over Volume

Small groups and extended time together allow leaders to learn deeply and internalize what they’re studying.

Multiplication Through Local Leaders

Pastors and church leaders are prepared to train others, multiplying biblical equipping across their communities.

In-Person, Discussion-Based Facilitation

Gathering face-to-face creates space for questions, conversation, and real growth instead of just consuming information.

Depth That Changes How You Lead

“Before this training, I mostly repeated what I had been taught. Now I know how to study Scripture for myself and guide others to do the same. The way we learned (talking through the passages, practicing, and teaching each other) helped it stick. I’ve already started a new group with leaders in my area, and they’re now teaching others too. The impact keeps growing.”

A Model Built to Last

For more than four decades, BeMultiplied has focused on helping pastors deepen their understanding of Scripture so they can lead and teach with confidence where God has placed them.

We’ve learned that the most meaningful equipping doesn’t happen from a distance. It happens face-to-face, in local churches, in the language and culture leaders know best. When training is practical and grounded in everyday ministry, it sticks.

That’s why our approach is hands-on and discussion-based. Our curriculum is built to travel well across cultures, work without technology, and give pastors tools they can use immediately.

We invest deeply in small groups and walk with leaders over time. As they grow in clarity and confidence, they begin training others, and biblical equipping spreads naturally from church to church.

It’s steady, personal, and designed to keep multiplying long after we step back.

Raising Up Leaders forThe Global Church

Both men and women play a vital role in serving and strengthening the global Church. BeMultiplied offers inclusive access through courses designed for men, women, and coed learning environments, creating space for everyone to grow in biblical depth and leadership confidence.

For women who feel called to invest in other women, we provide intentional pathways for equipping and discipleship while also affirming the many ways women lead, teach, and serve across the broader body of Christ.
